With a strong background in strategic account management and operations in the healthcare sector, I am dedicated to delivering exceptional results for my clients. At AMN Healthcare, I played a key role in enhancing service delivery as the leader of Client Delivery for ShiftWise and as Director of Mass Vaccination Fulfillment during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to client delivery, I focused on optimizing client experiences by leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) enhancement projects and forging valuable partnerships with Group Purchasing Organizations to foster growth. My commitment lies in driving revenue and elevating customer satisfaction through strategic relationship management and innovative problem-solving tailored to meet the client’s needs where they are at and where they are heading. I live with my husband of 13 years, Jon, and 2 beautiful daughters, Gwen (10) and Millie (7) in Plainfield, IL. The true leader of our household is our 11-year-old cat Milo who will occasionally make his presence known on video calls. When we are not shuttling the girls to theater, gymnastics and dance, we love to be outside and host a good neighborhood get together.
