As part of the collaboration initiated in August 2024, AHSA executes strategy and delivery for contingent labor across clinical and non-clinical categories for Parkland.

Through this partnership, AHSA oversees Nursing and Allied Health, Locum Tenens, Executive, and Non-Clinical staffing. By consolidating staffing needs and processes under the AHSA Managed Service Provider (MSP) program, Parkland achieves optimal efficiency and transparency across its workforce management functions, streamlining and enhancing its internal staffing office.
