We are thrilled to announce an exciting milestone in our evolution as a company: AHSA is officially becoming Trio Workforce Solutions! This transition represents the culmination of our commitment to delivering best-in-class workforce solutions and creating a unified platform to serve our clients and vendors more effectively.

Since the inception of Trio VMS in 2017, AHSA and Trio have been two separate divisions serving our clients as one platform. Everything AHSA does, and everything our valued partners do, is managed through Trio.

Over the next six months, we’ll integrate AHSA into the Trio Workforce Solutions brand, consolidating our strengths to provide a more seamless, comprehensive experience. Starting June 3, 2025, the AHSA website will redirect to triowfs.com, marking the completion of this rebrand. Until then, there are some critical pieces of information we’d like to make you aware of:

Why the Change?

Our decision to rebrand reflects the growing needs of our clients and vendors for a holistic, integrated talent solution. Combining AHSA’s expertise in managed service provider (MSP) offerings with Trio Workforce Solutions’ cutting-edge vendor management technology (VMS) and advisory services positions us to tackle the most pressing workforce challenges in healthcare today.

By unifying under the Trio Workforce Solutions brand, we can:

- Streamline Technology and Services
: Stronger alignment between technology and services allows greater access to real-time market intelligence and a shared network of health systems seeking the most comprehensive and innovative workforce solutions available.
- Expand Solution Offerings:
Trio Workforce Solutions offers a full suite of workforce solutions, including internal resource management, locum tenens optimization, nursing and allied staffing, and per diem workforce strategies, in addition to advisory services.
- Deliver More Value: The combined expertise of AHSA and Trio Workforce Solutions enables us to deliver even better outcomes, whether it’s reducing labor costs, improving clinician fulfillment, or streamlining complex recruitment workflows.
- Two Industry Pioneers Join Forces: Both AHSA and Trio individually have sterling reputations for client satisfaction and workforce innovation. By combining the two , our clients can expect to tap into even more capabilities of our technology platform and team of veterans who have seen it all.

What’s Next?

We are committed to keeping you informed every step of the way. Here’s what to expect in the coming months:

New Branding: Today, you’ll see our logo, which has been in its current form for nearly a decade, has changed. We added identifying language that connects AHSA and Trio Workforce Solutions. You’ll see this logo and branding in use over the next several months until AHSA’s brand is consolidated within the Trio Workforce Solutions brand. As such, you’ll start seeing the Trio Workforce Solutions logo and name on select materials and communications coming from AHSA.
Updates and Communication: We’ll provide regular updates through emails, newsletters, and account manager communications.
Website Transition: On June 3, 2025, AHSA’s website will redirect to triowfs.com, where you can access all the information and tools you need.

Thank You for Your Support

This rebrand is a testament to the trust and collaboration we’ve built with our clients and vendor partners. We are excited about the opportunities this will bring and look forward to continuing to support your workforce needs with the same dedication and excellence you’ve come to expect.
