All agencies within AHSA’s network are enjoined to a single, standard contract. This eliminates the requirement for our healthcare clients to maintain multiple agency contracts, each with its own terms, conditions, and stipulations.

AHSA offers a single point of contact through a specifically-assigned Relationship Manager supported by a client relationship team that coordinates all communication, information, and client needs throughout the entire staffing process.

Our recruiting process includes a large contracted agency pool competing to fill open positions. This enables us to maintain pricing at competitive levels while also improving quality and turn-around time. Additionally, AHSA’s standard agency contract includes terms that substantially lower costs pertaining to orientation, overtime, assignment extensions, and the transitioning of candidates to permanent employment status.

Key performance metrics are tracked and presented in a reporting format that provides insight to all staffing activity to the unit level. This provides our clients greater control in their budgeting and hiring process and holds AHSA accountable.

AHSA’s consolidated billing provides a comprehensive look at all current supplemental staff, allowing easy invoice review and approval. Our audit procedures ensure invoice accuracy and save our clients a significant amount of time and money. AHSA’s billing services accommodate both manual and electronic timekeeping systems.

Since 2003, AHSA has implemented its solution with hundreds of healthcare facilities across the country, ranging from 25-bed, critical-access hospitals to multi-location health systems. Annually, AHSA performs a formal performance review of all its contracted agencies. Key metrics are tracked and agencies are stacked ranked against each other to determine whether they meet AHSA’s performance standards to ensure AHSA is utilizing only the best agencies in the country.
