Kimberly
Sears

Kim Sears graduated from Central Michigan University in Healthcare Administration. Her internship was with the Quality and Patient Safety team at Bronson Hospital. She was involved in helping create a process to identify and implement actions towards building a safer Health System. Kim also worked in a dermatology office with many locations as a credentialing and facility manager. She ensured the providers were in compliance to work on the floor and provide care for the patients with both their licenses and insurance companies. Her most substantial skill sets are multitasking, seeing positivity in every situation, and driving to complete all tasks.  She has a miniature Goldendoodle named Calvin, who is almost human. Calvin is named after Calvin “Megatron” Johnson from the Detroit Lions; he goes everywhere with her and her boyfriend. They enjoy traveling to Northern Michigan and being anywhere on the water. They make sure to visit Mackinaw Island every year, as she previously worked on the boats that go to the island. In the winter months, she likes to ice fish and complete puzzles. Kim joins AHSA as Placement Coordinator.
