Jay started in the recruitment and staffing industry in 1999 and, since then has built a long-standing reputation for creative solutions, delivery excellence, and strong relationships. Jay's career has spanned across multiple industries including contact center, light, and heavy industrial, finance & accounting, help desk & IT, legal, and healthcare - with healthcare accounting for more than half of the total. Prior to delivering talent acquisition and labor management solutions, Jay worked as a clinician in Occupational Therapy and served in the US Army.
